Use of JADE Photomatix(including training) can be obtained by contacting (support@jadesoft.com). JADE Photomatix includes the source code of JADE Congress, which you can use for your own purposes.

Software may be licensed for a fee subject to the Licensee being able to demonstrate that JADE Photomatix(including training) has been used to generate a sufficient number of images for the purposes of such a fee.

Jade Software Corporation Limited (Jade) is the owner of copyright and all other intellectual property rights pertaining to the Software, the subject of this Agreement. The Licensee wishes to receive the Software in Source Code form. Jade agrees to supply Source Code to Licensee on the following terms and conditions:

Jade Software (incorporated as the "Licensee") hereby grants to the Customer a license to use the Software in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the Agreement between Jadedevelop "Jade Software Corporation Limited" and the Customer.
