In Private Network section, select these "turn on network discovery and its subordinate checkbox", "turn on file and printer sharing", then again use this address in windows explorer "Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Network and Sharing Center" and make sure your ethernet adapter is a private network.
Now go to android, open your local network app (in this case es explorer, but this works for other apps as well), use the copied ip address in the host name/ip address textbox, use the copied username and password, and press connect.
So, the only way I got this working was to turn off password protected sharing. Then on es file explorer press and hold on my laptops icon in the network search then click the pencil at the top right then in domain entered the name of my laptop then entered my username and password and then that was it. I was able to see all my files but I cant get into the c drive only my files in my user folder are accessible and obviously public folders. So even turning off the password sharing it still seems secure.
Link the GPO to Computers OU and Keep Authenticated Users in the Security Filtering to allow it to apply it on each Windows 10 PC. You may need to reboot your machine for the policy to take affect. Once you reboot it, verify in the internet explorer if the TLS 1.0, TLS 1.1, SSL 3.0 has been disabled and only TLS 1.2 is being used for communication. 2b1af7f3a8
